The story of the company hadn’t yet been told, so I proposed using this financial off-year to share their history, and make a show of strength by spotlighting their complete portfolio of properties. The printing process and paper selection also referenced the test of time – the properties were presented as tipped-in 4-color, clay-coated white stock, while the main body of the book was printed using cream-colored linen stock.
