Back in 2004, Dwyer, a manufacturer of custom compact kitchens, asked us to deliver an online configuration tool. This wasn't too common back then. They wanted to increase qualified leads, streamline their sales and production-planning process, showcase the flexibility of custom configurations, and provide hands-off support to architects and designers. Leading a small graphic, UX, and dev team we worked in parallel to dig in, figure it out and build.
